Purchasing Brave Soldier skincare is easy. Once you have created an account, you can then process your orders online.  Your customer account will give you access to previous orders and will enable you to re-order items from your last transactions. Prices

All of the prices quoted include GST where applicable. All prices are correct at the time of online publication; we make every attempt to ensure accurate and correct pricing.  Prices are subject to change without notice. Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period. Your credit card will be charged with Australian dollars.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently provide shipping to Australia and New Zealand. Delivery charges are calculated using product weight. We offer two types of shipping, Regular post and Express Post provided by Australia Post. Brave Soldier Australia is not responsible for items lost or misdirected by Australian or overseas postal services.  All order’s that are received before 3pm are dispatched same day. We take our shipping speed very seriously and ensure that your goods get to their destination in the fastest possible time. Please contact us at support@bravesoldier.com.au if it has been a couple of days and you have not received your Brave Soldier.

We offer a 110% money back guarantee. We believe in our products 110%, so that means if you are not satisfied with your Brave Soldier product you can return your item and we will refund you 110% of the value of your Brave Soldier item. Payment

Online payment is accepted by credit card (MasterCard or VISA) and PayPal. Tax invoices and receipts for online purchase transactions will be emailed to you after you place an order, and can be printed from the “Your Orders” page.
